These Terms & Conditions govern the use of AZE Systems Ltd services, including participation in the Zephlog Pilot and any subsequent subscription agreement.

Zephlog is an operational support system designed for General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
The service provides operational structure, analysis support, and advisory input. Zephlog does not replace management decisions and does not assume operational control of the business.
The Zephlog Pilot is a fixed 2-month operational engagement designed to properly assess and implement the Zephlog System. Once commenced, the Pilot cannot be terminated early.
Pilot 1 price: £249 per month (introductory cohort 1 only)
During the final two weeks of the pilot period, participants may provide written notice should they decide not to continue.
If no written notice is received before the pilot ends, the agreement automatically transition into a 12-month subscription.
Following the Pilot, The agreement continue as a 12-month structured engagement. This period is designed to allow full operational integration and measurable impact.
Annual subscription price (Pilot 1 cohort only): £299 per month
Early termination is not permitted.
The subscription renews automatically for successive 12-month periods unless written notice is provided at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Subscription pricing may be adjusted upon renewal. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Payments are collected via direct debit (GoCardless or equivalent provider).
Failure to process payment may result in suspension if services.
During Pilot:
The Pilot period is a fixed 2-month engagement and cannot be terminated early once commenced.
Written Notice of non-continuation must be submitted during last two weeks of the pilot.
Post-polit:
The annual subscription is a 12-month fixed-term commitment and cannot be terminated prior to completion.
Written notice of non-renewal must be provided via email to info@azesystems.net at least 30 days before the expiration of the 12-month subscription period.
AZE Systems Ltd provides advisory and structural support.
We are not liable for:
Business performance outcomes
Financial losses
Operational decisions taken independently by the client
Use of the system remains the resposibility of the management team.
All frameworks, documents, reports, and methodologies provided by AZE Systems Ltd remain intellectual property of the company.
They may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside the subscribing organisation.
These Terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
